KPMG Internal Branding & Engagement

YEAR: 2021
ROLE: Graphic Designer
CLIENT: KPMG Lower Gulf

KPMG Lower Gulf sought to create more thoughtful, engaging spaces for employee communication and recognition. The work focused on developing visual identities for key internal platforms, designed to bring clarity, warmth and cohesion to the brand’s internal presence.

Key projects included the design of an intranet portal that served as a central hub for wellness programmes, reward schemes, and internal events. For i-Refer, an employee referral programme, a tangram-inspired identity was created around the idea of “the missing piece,” using bold shapes and colours to reflect diversity and teamwork.

The work spanned web layouts, iconography, illustrations and internal communications, incorporating a friendly tone of voice in line with KPMG’s brand guidelines.
